Free in February: A Story Circle Schmooze in Lancaster!

You’re Invited To A Story Circle Schmooze!

                schmooze2                       schmooze1

What’s a Schmooze, you ask? Well, the word is Yiddish and means “a warm, informal social gathering.”  Hosted by award-winning author and playwright Sandy Asher and your very own Blog Coordinator Lindsay Bandy, this particular Schmooze will give you an opportunity to meet like-minded, writerly and artistic people from this area, make new friends, and generally have a fine time. Oh, and it’s FREE!

When: Sunday, February 22, 2015, 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Where: Tellus 360

24 East King Street,

Lancaster PA 17602

http://www.tellus360.com

You may purchase lunch from the restaurant and any drinks you desire from the bar upstairs. Also, at 3:30, folks may once again adjourn to the restaurant/bar and talk about critique groups or anything else that comes to mind.  Tellus 360 will be open until 10 p.m.  Often on Sundays, there’s a pick-up band of Irish musicians playing in the restaurant/bar.  Once you’re in, feel free to stay on!

What to bring: A friendly smile, an expectation of fun, paper, and a pen.

Space is limited to 25 people, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will open closer to the event, so stay tuned! Hope you can make it!

Your friends,

Sandy and Lindsay

  1. This is great! I cannot wait to attend. What’s better than schmoozing with writers and Irish music on a Sunday afternoon?
