Write a Novel in a Year is a six-session novel workshop held at the Pearl S. Buck Writing Center at Green Hills Farm (Pearl Buck’s home near Dublin, PA in Bucks County). The first session is Saturday, February 27 from 9:30-11:30 AM. It’s suitable for anyone interested in writing MG, YA, or adult fiction. More information can be found here: http://www.psbi.org/writingworkshops
We get all sorts of writers, from people who are picking up a pen (or opening their laptop!) for the first time, to people who have self-published several novels. I’ve also had many published journalists, technical writers, and picture book authors who are interested in trying a novel.
Getting Published in Children’s Literature is a one night, two-hour session covering the basics of writing for children. It is held at the New Hope-Solebury High School in New Hope, Bucks County, PA and will be held Monday, April 25th, 7-9. Register here!
