Bucks County Meet & Greet–Free Event for SCBWI Members!
EPA member Anita Nolan and I hope you’ll join us on Tuesday April 4th from 9:30 to 11:30 AM at the Artists of Yardley, 949 Mirror Lake Road, Yardley, PA 19067. We’ll discuss the upcoming EPA SCBWI Pocono Retreat and other spring/summer conferences and children’s book events. In addition, since many authors and illustrators struggle with daily distractions that take us away from our creative time and make it difficult to feel a sense of accomplishment, at this meeting we’ll write individual plans to carve out an hour or more each day to work on our writing or art. My father had a motto, “Will One Thing.” Let’s each pick one goal to make our priority to focus on between the April 4th and the June meeting. We’ll end the session with a serious group pinky promise to stick to our plans!
