Calling all early childhood writers!

OpenIDEO, with funding from the William Penn Foundation, is seeking manuscripts for a children’s book that engages children (ages 0 to 3) and provides adults with ways to support early language development. The winning author will receive $20,000 in award money to make the manuscript publisher-ready and be given the opportunity to have their book published and distributed around Philadelphia, and potentially beyond. Manuscripts will be accepted from new and established authors. The deadline for submission is April 12, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.
