Joe Kulka is an award-winning picture book author and illustrator. He has illustrated over 20 books for children, 6 of which he wrote. Joe’s book “Wolf’s Coming!” has won multiple awards and was named by School Library Journal as one of their best books of the year. His latest picture book is “Undercover Ostrich,” which came out this past April.
Joe has the honor of being the illustrator for the USDA Forest Service for all things featuring national icons Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl, including picture books on both, posters, and the USDA national holiday card.
